BBI Services takes the privacy of your data very seriously. This Privacy Policy sets out how we use and protect any personal information that you provide to us. The information may be provided by you when you submit enquiries, sign contracts with us or when you provide us with contact details for correspondence purposes.

We do not share, or sell, or disclose to a third party, any personally identifiable information collected at this site. If this policy should change in the future then we shall provide notification in advance and the opportunity for all users to indicate whether or not they would prefer that we do not provide the information to third parties as proposed.

Access to all of your information is strictly controlled and limited to ensure that only authorised BBI Services Ltd. employees or its approved third party partners have access.

Here is a list of the information we collect, and why it is necessary to collect it:

  1. Basic identification and contact information such as your name and contact details(including without limitation; role, email address, telephone and mobile numbers, company address, enquiry and order history).
    This information is used:

    1.5 to help make our web site as useful to you as possible;
    1.6 to enable us to send you newsletters;
    1.7 to enable us to send you product specific updates;
    1.8 information which does not identify any individual may be used in a general way by us or third parties, to provide class information, for example relating to usage of a particular page.

    We use a trusted third-party email campaign engine such as MailChimp for our newsletter, or marketing emails. You can opt out of such mailings at any time by following the unsubscribe link/instructions included in every such email.

  5. Business information
    This is information given to us in the course of your business and ours, such as in relation to your application to partner with us. Such information is retained for business use only. We undertake to preserve the confidentiality of the information and of the terms of our relationship. It is not used for any other purpose. We expect you and any partner to reciprocate this policy.
  6. How long do we hold your data?
    When we no longer need to keep certain data we destroy paper documents securely by shredding and delete the electronic record in the BBI Services Ltd. accounting and other software systems. Data will only be retained when it is necessary to meet with UK statutory requirements. We only retain contact information for as long as it is relevant for day to day contact. To amend these details you can contact our Data Controller on info@bbiservices.com
