Marc is a business optimisation specialist, with over 25 years’ experience, holding senior positions across diverse organisations and sectors, ranging from automotive, through to steel making, technology, NHS and construction. He was initially grounded in Tier 1 Automotive Supply as a Manufacturing Engineer, trained directly by Toyota through their Supplier Development Programme.

Sharon has worked with LC International since January 2017. As Finance Manager, Sharon has a core role in the team, overseeing all areas of finance and administration including payroll, accounts payable and receivables, cash management, general ledger, banking and reconciliations.
